The Flora is a historical monument set in the Botanical Gardens of Cologne. Originally built in 1864, it has undergone a series of renovations and was reopened as a congress venue in June 2014. The DLR Conference on Climate Change 2016 will take place in the 800 square meter ceremonial hall, as well as in the Bistro and Orangerie, all with splendid views over the grounds.
